Welcome to our new website, we hope you like it and enjoy perusing the shiny new pages.
We wanted our new website to be something a bit different, something that you wouldn't necessarily expect from a flooring company and an age away from the bog standard warehouse clearance feel you get from many of our competitors.
The truth is that whether you choose a soft fluffy carpet or a sleek wooden floor, what you put on the floor of your house has a high impact on the overall look and feel of your home and touring a drafty warehouse or sifting through a brash clinical feeling website to find it isn't going to give you that warm fuzzy feeling inside that we hope you are getting now from looking at our lovely cosy new website.
Nick our director and his partner Helen have a passion for the modern take on stylings of the 50's and 60's and this is reflected in small touches in their own home, right down to the beautiful little new butter dish I recently noticed on their kitchen worktop. Now in no means am I saying that by coming to us you can expect an abundance of retro print inspired carpets, or orange and brown flowery vinyls (that's not how we roll!), but we did want a hint of this era to reflect on our website and with great thanks to Purple Creative Studio at Aske Stables and little bit of inspiration from Jamie Oliver's Comfort Food cook book we think we've got it!
